We opened our first SERVPRO franchise in May 2012. We started small but took every job and treated our customers with empathy and respect. Customer service is at the heart of what we do and has led to numerous awards as a Top 50 SERVPRO franchise. Our business grew rapidly and in addition to serving the greater Charlotte area, we also own SERVPRO franchises in Northwest Charlotte, Lake Norman, Gaston County, Lincoln County and South Carolina – serving both the York County and Richland County markets.
