I definitely have to give this crew their flowers! Elvis, the Project Manager, and his crew, including Osei, were beyond amazing! They were professional, transparent, communicative, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire process. What meant even more to me was their understanding of how this sudden change could affect my 90-year-old mother, who has dementia. Please extend my sincere and special thanks to Yahya Hamid at SERVPRO for his support and repair of my damaged mailbox over the weekend, his off day. When one of employees accidentally backed over my mailbox and knocked it down, he didn’t wait until Monday to repair it. We had a very stressful time following a flood in our basement, and difficulties with another company not completing the job properly. Servpro came right in and cleaned up their mess, and got everything back to normal for our family. Yahya specifically was so helpful and kind. Our new floors look amazing, and having someone patient and honest through the process was so helpful. Highly recommend this company for restoration jobs!
I only use Servpro because of Yah Ya. I could tell from the first meeting that he was very knowledgeable and cares about his work. Having your house burnt and ruined from fire and water damage is one of the most traumatic experience but Yah Ya saved me from most of the mental stress I would to go through if he was assigned to my job. Thank you Yah Ya so much for saving us.
