I definitely have to give this crew their flowers! Elvis, the Project Manager, and his crew, including Osei, were beyond amazing! They were professional, transparent, communicative, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire process. What meant even more to me was their understanding of how this sudden change could affect my 90-year-old mother, who has dementia. They recognized that the unfamiliar noises and activity could potentially trigger sensory anxiety and overload for her, and they were thoughtful and considerate of that throughout the process. Elvis, in particular, was exceptional. He answered every call and responded to every text, no matter the time of day or night. That level of communication, compassion, and commitment truly made a difference and gave me peace of mind during an already challenging time. Thank you, Elvis, and thank you to your entire crew especially Osei for your professionalism, patience, and genuine consideration. It was truly appreciated!
