I only use Servpro because of Yah Ya. I could tell from the first meeting that he was very knowledgeable and cares about his work. Having your house burnt and ruined from fire and water damage is one of the most traumatic experience but Yah Ya saved me from most of the mental stress I would to go through if he was assigned to my job.
