I’ve had to use SERVPRO for water damage and fire damage previously. I’m currently using them to fog sanitize my restaurant every week due to Covid. My daughter's dog got sprayed by a skunk and because of the temperature they couldn't leave him outside, so in he comes staying in one area. The whole house smelled like skunk they couldn't stay there. I called SERVPRO and they said they would check on it but wasn't sure if it could be done. Well SERVPRO to the rescue! They came, they treated and we waited a few hours. Skunk smell was completely GONE!!!!! Thank you SERVPRO!!
Technicians were great and came out over the weekend. The office manager, Ms. Roberts, gave me a call about a few issues that I had and they were quickly cleared up. Overall good experience and they care about their customers. I would highly recommend.

Initial contact- excellent. Technician - Rex excellent, knowledgeable, patient, thorough, kind. Gave practical recommendations to address minor issues we are experiencing.
Professional employees arrived on time, explained clearly the procedures they would follow and proceeded to do so. They finished the remediation in 3 hours and removed all debris from the property when they left. The PM of the Columbus, SERVPRO oversaw their processes. We were very pleased with the work they performed.
