In June 2024, our transitional shelter was hit with severe flooding due to heavy rains, and we had water literally coming up through the concrete. My mother Sarah, had a major flood in her condo. SERVPRO was there quickly and got right to work. Tyler and Kolton managed everything so well. They went above and beyond. Even furniture we thought was a loss, survived because they had fans on everything so fast. Their crew got the place completely dried out, safely moved furniture, boxed up dishes, and even helped with taking some furniture apart. They were very respectful of mom’s property. Kolton and Taylor are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They also communicated well with mom’s insurance company. We like them so much, we are having them manage the rebuild. SERVPRO of Madison did a great job of cleaning our home lower level after a frozen drain pipe caused waste water to back up. They were on site the next day to remove carpeting, cut damaged dry wall, sanitize and dry out our finished lower level. The team of Travis Cota, Manuel, Jackson and Marcio did a great job, were very efficient and professional. I would not hesitate to call them, although I hope to never need their services again.
