The charming Township of Blooming Grove, once known as Town 7 North, Range 10 East, was organized in 1850 by separating itself from the town of Madison. Blooming Grove contains 175 acres of natural resource area called the Blooming Grove Drumlins. Located along Door Creek, this area was established to protect the glacial drumlin features and the surrounding wetlands.
