I just recently started working with SERVPRO after a pipe burst and flooded one room in my house two days ago. I have been very happy with the company so far after two visits and can highly recommend using them if you have a similar issue. I was so upset when I first called because of the water soaking the room, but SERVPRO came out within the hour and set up fans and a dehumidifier, and things are drying out - yay!! Juan, Garrett, and Daniel have been so helpful, professional and calming during this ordeal, and they have patiently answered my many questions and explained everything clearly and completely.
