How We Got Here?

Brad and Jayna Hammack are native Texans with strong ties to deep east Texas and Nacogdoches. They are high school sweethearts with an entrepreneurial spirit who decided to bring a SERVPRO Franchise to the Lufkin/Nacogdoches area. In 2006, they had one truck, "Old Betsy," some equipment, lots of SERVPRO training, and a desire to serve. Now complete, with a large staff and many service vehicles, the franchise has assisted many Texas families across the country in recovering from natural disasters, fire, and water damage.

Our dedicated staff are the real heroes and the backbone of our franchise's years of success. From our sales and marketing teams, who have embedded themselves in the communities volunteering and building strong local relationships, to our friendly, hard-working office staff, who answer calls anytime, night or day, and finally, to our certified production teams, who often go above and beyond what is expected to help our customers get back in their homes and businesses as fast as possible.
