Holy packing and moving crew. We had a water leak that required demo of dining room, living room, hallway and spare bathroom. We had cleaned out my mom's estate and every room had random stuff everywhere. Nef and Sachi arrived and started packing. They were so nice and respectful of all of our junk. Within four hours, they had all 1200 square feet packed and ready to go in two box trucks. Sectional couch, four book shelves full of books, twenty pieces of cast iron cookware, three sofa tables... Brandon and Emilliano arrived in the afternoon to start moving everything. I don't know how they moved a whole house worth of items in 2 hours, but they made it look easy on a hot Texas day. We have had 9 military moves and this packing and moving crew surpassed them all. If we ever move from this house, I will absolutely be asking SERVPRO-Nac if they can do it for us.
Jason Jose responded quickly to my flooding, cleaned up the water, took out the damaged Sheetrock and insulation, and dried everything thing in a professional and respectful manner. Highly recommend!
Angela,Rylee and Diego was such a blessing on our clean up from water heater leaking in our attic. They came promptly dried the attic and removed debri. How We Got Here?
Brad and Jayna Hammack are native Texans with strong ties to deep east Texas and Nacogdoches. They are high school sweethearts with an entrepreneurial spirit who decided to bring a SERVPRO Franchise to the Lufkin/Nacogdoches area. In 2006, they had one truck, "Old Betsy," some equipment, lots of SERVPRO training, and a desire to serve. Now complete, with a large staff and many service vehicles, the franchise has assisted many Texas families across the country in recovering from natural disasters, fire, and water damage.
Our dedicated staff are the real heroes and the backbone of our franchise's years of success.
