We were out of town when we learned we had an excess use of water. Family checked and found our lower level covered in water. Thank goodness SERVPRO was called. Our local manager Scott took control of the situation, connected with us in Florida and made all the "paperwork" easy with simple electronic E-sign process that allowed them to complete the work needed without delay. They were on site even before the necessary forms were completed. We did nothing but be thankful for SERVPRO. James, the person who did the on-site cleanup was excellent. When we were able to return home, we found the house in excellent condition, all dry and equipment removing the remaining moisture. Multiple large rugs and smaller ones were removed and sent to be cleaned. They left equipment until we could return home after and emergency plumber stopped the water flow, and we could get our usual plumber over to repair the cause problem. Everyone was polite, concerned and able to make decisions in our absence. All my wife and I can say is: "Thank you very much, SERVPRO and especially Scott, James and the receptionist whose name we fail to remember. All three performed in a manner above the "expected" contractor.
