On Monday, February 17, we discovered that our sump pump had failed and our finished basement had almost an inch of water under the carpet.
Within two hours of our initial phone call and after normal business hours, Jason was on the scene with dehumidifiers ready to help start mitigation of our flooded basement.
The next day, Jason and his team started work in earnest. Communication was great. Jason explained what they were doing and gave us options. Jason personally checked the progress every day.
As of Monday, February 24, our basement is dry and ready for repairs.

If you ever have a water damage or mold issue I highly recommend SERVPRO of Shippensburg/Perry County for your needs. They are very professional, friendly and efficient at their job. They explained what they needed to do to take care of the mold in my kitchen due to a unknown leak and the steps needed to do the rebuild to return my kitchen back to normal. They were very helpful dealing with the insurance company therefore I did not have to be a "middleman". I would call them again if I ever had another issue like this again in the future. Although I never want this to happen to me ever again!
