I had moved into my new home and within a couple weeks the sump pump failed during a big rain and my basement flooded. Jason with SERVPRO of Shippensburg was amazing and their quick work saved me thousands and lots of stress. I hope accidents like this never happens to anyone but if it does call these guys!
On Monday, February 17, we discovered that our sump pump had failed and our finished basement had almost an inch of water under the carpet.
Within two hours of our initial phone call and after normal business hours, Jason was on the scene with dehumidifiers ready to help start mitigation of our flooded basement.
The next day, Jason and his team started work in earnest. Communication was great. Jason explained what they were doing and gave us options. Jason personally checked the progress every day.
As of Monday, February 24, our basement is dry and ready for repairs.
