You just finished clean up after our sewer line overflowed into our 1/2 bathroom and family room. I wanted to compliment the folks you sent to help do the demo, clean up, and dry out of the space. They were a friendly hardworking group who were also understanding and accommodating of my allergy issues that could have been triggered by some of the clean up process. Chris headed up the job and was especially patient with my questions and explaining the process. I was having difficulty finding a local contractor who does concrete polishing and Chris also shared a contact for a contractor I wouldn't have been able to find otherwise. Thanks for being there and doing what you do to make an unfortunate situation better.

After a minor dishwasher leak turned into a more significant problem, SERVPRO was there the next morning after we contacted our insurance agency and spent several days ensuring that our kitchen and basement did not receive any ill effects from the water damage. The quick response saved us from damage that would have cost considerably more to repair. As it is, the laminate floor was too far gone but the subfloor is totally intact and we had our new floor laid with about 8 hours of work from another contractor. I am very pleased with the work, speed and professionalism of the SERVPRO employees.

Nothing..from the first I spoke with who was Nick Burruano to Don Conway crew chief/HVAC specialist and his crew who followed up to check the progression of moisture and removal of equipment were always professional and efficient..most importantly patient with questions and fielding concerns..thank you to you and your team ..just great service in a stressful wet situation that homeowners do not want to find themselves in.
