Mocanaqua is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Conyngham Township, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. The population was 646 at the 2010 census. t is located on the east bank of the Susquehanna River along PA 239, which crosses the river and links Mocanaqua to the borough of Shickshinny. Students in this area attend the Greater Nanticoke Area School District. The Greater Nanticoke Area School District is a midsized, public school district in Luzerne County. The District is one of the 500 public school districts of Pennsylvania. The District serves Nanticoke, Plymouth and the surrounding Newport and Conyngham townships.

I discovered a leaky pipe in my walls that must have been there for years! After getting the walk fixed, SERVPRO came out and got the mold cleaned out. They set up machines to keep the air clean and they removed all the waste. All moldy insulation, plaster, slats, and Sheetrock were removed and cleaned up!
They responded quickly and were on the scene the same day. Professional, courteous and friendly. Highly recommend.
