Our water heater leaked while we were out of town creating a real nightmare for us, and unfortunately our neighbor below. SERVPRO was on site right away and initiated the water mitigation and restoration process immediately. The entire SERVPRO team was professional, caring, and genuinely concerned about getting our home back to "normal" at the earliest. Our project was specially challenging due to the amount of water that was spilled. They were fair during the entire process and restored our units to its original condition. We had an excellent experience with SERVPRO of SE Portland after our kitchen was a total loss due to significant water damage. I want to specifically recognize Dominic, Summer, Angel, and all of the subcontractors who worked on our home. From start to finish, the team took care of the issue and made an incredibly stressful situation much easier to manage. They were professional, easy to work with, and coordinated directly with our insurance adjuster, which was a huge relief for us. Communication was, for the most part, flawless, and anytime we had a question or concern, it was addressed quickly. If we ever experience something like this again, I wouldn’t hesitate to call SERVPRO in a heartbeat. I would also confidently recommend them to anyone in need of restoration services.
