Our water heater leaked while we were out of town creating a real nightmare for us, and unfortunately our neighbor below. SERVPRO was on site right away and initiated the water mitigation and restoration process immediately. The entire SERVPRO team was professional, caring, and genuinely concerned about getting our home back to "normal" at the earliest. Our project was specially challenging due to the amount of water that was spilled. They were fair during the entire process and restored our units to its original condition. You can't even tell there was any damage to our condos. Everyone, from the office staff to the workers, supervisors, and managers that worked, supervised and managed the project seemed genuinely concerned and made an unfortunate experience feel a less painful. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to SERVPRO again should the need ever arise.

ServoPro responded quickly to my discovery of cat urine and rodent droppings. They were patient and empathic. A real relief.

Your team was amazing, the two young men that came to naples, and cleaned vents on the 20th, 21, were wonderful , I lost their names but sure you can find them..so pleasant, knowledgeable, very hard working, so kind to me and polite, great asset to SerPro !! Also Patrick andzack,Jason ,Koden were terrific as well, Patrick is a wonderful leader, very hard working, knowledgeable as well, these men are golden !! Please acknowledge them, they earn it !!! I'm almost blind , and they couldn't help me out enough ,so respectful of that, all just wanted to make me happy and they did !!! Thank you from the bottom of my ❤️

We had an excellent experience with SERVPRO of SE Portland after our kitchen was a total loss due to significant water damage. I want to specifically recognize Dominic, Summer, Angel, and all of the subcontractors who worked on our home. From start to finish, the team took care of the issue and made an incredibly stressful situation much easier to manage. They were professional, easy to work with, and coordinated directly with our insurance adjuster, which was a huge relief for us. Communication was, for the most part, flawless, and anytime we had a question or concern, it was addressed quickly. If we ever experience something like this again, I wouldn’t hesitate to call SERVPRO in a heartbeat. I would also confidently recommend them to anyone in need of restoration services.

I haven’t used them for the service (yet) but we will see how the quote comes in. I’m specifically leaving a review for my experience just on the process of getting a quote. The two that came (James & April) were respectful, very thorough, and nice to work with. I’m thankful they were so informative and even let me know they saw some other things while doing their scope of work that could save us in the future. Thanks!
