They came right away bringing fans, tore up all the wet carpeting and cleaned up the and cleaned up the leftover mess. The next day they started the work. I left the following week to visit my Mom in Florida and they put a lock box on my front door and finished the work . I got home 10 days later and the carpeting had been laid, the furniture was in place. I want to thank you so much for working with the insurance company to get this settled.
