Dennis Fosdick, Jr., now co-owner, brings extensive operational leadership and national disaster-response experience to the Toledo team. Having worked across the country in response to hurricanes, floods, and other catastrophic events, Dennis applies that knowledge locally to ensure every project is handled with precision and care. His leadership strengthens the company’s reputation as a trusted partner for both homeowners and commercial clients.
