Mold Removal and Remediation Services

We found mold in our basement. I called my insurance company and they sent SERVPRO of Woodbury/Deptford out to help me. We were informed we needed to have the carpet, padding, Drywall, and some of the wood studs removed.  They suggested that I have my home tested and gave me the name of several companies that do testing. I must admit I like that they suggested somebody different that created a detailed plan of exactly what needed to be done. The SERVPRO guys came in with a big air scrubbing machine and they all wore special suits. They contained off the affected area and spent more than two days cleaning up all the mold. I had this project completed to my satisfaction.

They were professional and helpful, got in and did the work without wasting any time. Came back daily as promised to check the drying progress and did not leave their equipment any longer than absolutely necessary. They kept me informed of what they were doing and did not remove or take anything to the dump that was not authorized by me first. The owner went toe to toe with the insurance company to make sure they paid for mold damage that was discovered when he removed wet insulation. He took photos of the damage to prove what needed to be done. The crew was consistently monitor their equipment and logging everything that happened. After three water and sewer disasters in a couple of weeks, I was very happy to deal with a professional outfit that worked as hard as they work. And they worked around my schedule so it was done at my convenience. Not one minute was wasted and I have no complaints. People that had bad experiences with other franchises should not assume they are all bad. Scott and his men were the best I could have ever hoped for to clean up my house so I could have it properly repaired. I would highly recommend this SERVPRO franchise to anyone who needs clean up after a disaster in their home.

Great company to deal with, everything was put back to the way it was before the water damaged my kitchen and bathroom, actually, it's a lot nicer!  From when I called everyone was so nice, they told me they would work with my insurance co. directly.  They came out right after I called them and started drying everything up. So the other day I had a flood in my house which was pretty devastating for me. I had no clue who to call and the steps to clean up the water. My neighbor came over with a shopvac and started to help me suck the water out but we soon realized it was too much for us to handle. My neighbor recommended me to call SERVPRO because he has used the company previously at his house when his basement flooded! The next morning I had a crew at my house helping me through the process. Joe and his crew were very professional and helpful. I felt comfortable with the crew at my house, and was very confident that they knew what to do. I'm grateful that my neighbor recommended me to SERVPRO. Because of their quick response and attentiveness to my needs I will highly recommend them to all of my friends and family. 10/10 excellent service!
