Scott Dishaw
Scott Dishaw has been working with SERVPRO®; Team Miller since 2012 and is currently the General Manager of the Saginaw, MI office. In his role, he oversees all day-to-day operations of the Saginaw SERVPRO staff and operations and focuses on team development and customer service for his crew. Scott IICRC Certifications for WRT and ASD. Scott’s favorite part about working with SERVPRO is being able to help people in their time of need and build relationships with his dynamic teammates. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, traveling, and spending time with his family.
Matt Leitelt
Matt Leitelt has been working with SERVPRO®; Team Miller since 2011 and is currently the Mitigation Operations Manager of the Saginaw, MI office. In his role, he oversees daily operations for the contents and cleaning and mitigation teams. Matt holds IICRC Certifications for FSRT, WRT, ASD, and AMRT. Matt’s favorite part about working with SERVPRO is the team he works with and helping people in a time of need. In his free time, he enjoys attending his kid’s extra-curricular activities, loves golf, and is a huge sports fan.
Kim Cousineau
Kim Cousineau has been working with SERVPRO®; Team Miller since 2017 and is currently in National Sales and Marketing. In her role, she partners with insurance adjusters and carriers to strengthen relationships, drive referrals, and ensure a smooth claims process. Kim’s favorite part about working with SERVPRO is meeting all of the clients and colleagues she’s met through her time at the company. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, gym workouts, cycling through cities, and spending time with her friends and family.
Taylor Boucher
Taylor Boucher has been working with SERVPRO®; Team Miller since 2017 and is currently in Regional Sales and Marketing for the Shiawassee/West Saginaw Counties service area. In her role, she builds relationships with community members, businesses, and more in Shiawassee and portions of Saginaw County. She also works with the local fire departments from South Shiawassee County to North Bay County. Taylor’s favorite part about working with SERVPRO is being a part of a team that makes a real difference in people’s lives and working with local first responders and helping families and businesses recover when it matters most. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, cheering on her son at his football and baseball games, watching the Detroit Lions, and being involved in her community.
Kelly Dame
Kelly Dame has been working with SERVPRO®; Team Miller since 2023 and is currently in Regional Sales and Marketing for the Midland/Gladwin County service area. In her role, she builds relationships with community members, businesses, fire departments, and more in Midland and Gladwin counties, educate the community on SERVPRO Team Miller specialties, qualifications and footprint, and promotes emergency preparation and continuing education courses. Kelly’s favorite part about working with SERVPRO is getting to see the satisfaction our team members feel when they help people rebuild after water and fire issues. In her free time, she enjoys riding her Harley Davidson and crocheting when the weather isn’t cooperative.
Josh Barz
Josh Barz has been working with SERVPRO®; Team Miller since 2025 and is currently in Regional Sales and Marketing for the Saginaw and Bay City areas. In his role, he is a brand ambassador for SERVPRO and services local insurance agencies, property management companies, schools, healthcare facilities, and other community businesses. Josh’s favorite part about working with SERVPRO is the team atmosphere and energy. In his free time, he enjoys working with multiple non-profits and network within the community. He also enjoys hunting, fishing, and boating.
Jeni May
Jeni May has been working with SERVPRO®; Team Miller since 2020 and is currently a Contents and Cleaning Project Manager from Shiawassee County to Oscoda. In her role, she oversees and manages customer structure cleaning after fire damage or general cleaning, pack out of personal property, personal property restoration, and trauma cleaning. Jeni holds IICRC Certifications for FRST, OTC, and Amdecon. Jeni’s favorite part about working with SERVPRO is meeting new people and helping others during their worst time. In her free time, she enjoys camping, snowmobiling, boating, and spending time with family.
Rocky Rockafellow
Rocky Rockafellow has been working with SERVPRO®; Team Miller since 2025 and is currently a Reconstruction Project Manager for the Midland, Gladwin, Saginaw, and Shiawassee County areas. In his role, he coordinates reconstruction projects from estimation to completion. Rocky’s favorite part about working with SERVPRO is working with a great team and helping homeowners through difficult situations. In his free time, he enjoys spending time at his cabin and hunting with his dogs.
Jake Michels
Jake Michels has been working with SERVPRO®; Team Miller since 2016 and is currently a Mitigation Project Manager for Midland and Bay County. In his role, he manages mitigation projects as well as his mitigation team. Jake holds IICRC Certifications for WRT, ASD, CCT, and AMRT. Jake’s favorite part about working with SERVPRO is having the opportunity to help people in the community. In his free time, he enjoys anything sports related, playing golf, watching his son play soccer, and entertaining friends and family.
Patrice Dishaw
Patrice Dishaw has been working with SERVPRO®; Team Miller since 2002 and is currently the Senior TPA and MUO Development Manager for all of our offices. In her role, she oversees all TPA leads, develops relationships with TPAs, and trains and develops training for all office locations operated within Team Miller. Patrice’s favorite part about working with SERVPRO is helping teammates grow within their role in our organization. In her free time, she enjoys golfing, crafting, cooking, reading, and entertaining her friends and family.
Michelle Gricar
Michelle Gricar has been working with SERVPRO®; Team Miller since 2006 and is currently the Human Resources Manager for all of our offices. In her role, she performs all human resource responsibilities as it relates to hiring, onboarding, and retaining employees. Michelle’s favorite part about working with SERVPRO is helping people when they need it. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Kari Peckham
Kari Peckham has been working with SERVPRO®; Team Miller since 2025 and is currently the Human Resources Assistant for all of our offices. In her role, she provides support to the Human Resources Manager. Kari’s favorite part about working with SERVPRO is working for a company with a family atmosphere. In her free time, she enjoys riding horses, coaching the high school equestrian team, watching football, and going for walks.

Logan did the repair work and did a fantastic job. Everything was well orchestrated by Rocky. It took a lot of time, but we are very happy with the results. The repairs were sustained after a truck ran into our brick home.

Randy Miller started his first Michigan SERVPRO® location in 1996 in Genesee County and expanded into Saginaw in 1997. Since then, Randy has grown, acquired, and sold multiple territories. SERVPRO Team Miller is proud to hold service locations throughout the states of Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, and Florida.
SERVPRO Team Miller has been ranked in the top 10 for the past 20+ years, including top producer twice. As one of SERVPRO’s prestigious Extreme Team franchises, Team Miller provides support to other franchises — primarily on commercial losses. The SERVPRO Team Miller Disaster Recovery Team has the resources to travel the country for catastrophic events such as floods, tornadoes, and hurricanes.
