The crew did a good job. They came on time and were professional.
I made an appointment with SERVPRO of Annapolis to have a sofa and loveseat cleaned. I was given the time frame of 9:00 to 10:00 for their arrival. They arrived at 9:15. Jim introduced him self and he and his coworker got to work immediately. The furniture was thoroughly vacuumed and then scrubbed by hand. All surface water was mopped from the floor as soon as it hit. Both men were extremely courteous and pleasant. I wish I had taken before and after pictures. In late July of this year the Smithsonian Institution had an old freezer fail. The failure wasn't noticed immediately and due to the hot weather we were experiencing the contents spoiled. He rallied his crews and they responded quickly and worked thru the weekend to remove and properly package and dispose of all the spoiled material. After everything was removed they thoroughly cleaned and disinfected the unit. The crew were professional and courteous! We could not be happier with the service that was provided and would definitely use them again!
