On a Saturday morning we woke to a fire in our garage smoking up the whole house. SERVPRO was there within the hour of calling them with industrial HEPA filters/air purifiers and began working on the remedying the smoke damage. They hand wiped every item in the house; cleaned the walls, ceilings and furniture over the next week weeks. All the staff during this time were incredibly professional, courteous and patient with my questions during this incredibly stressful time and their work was top notch.
More recently, in cleaning out my father's house we found a number of family documents and heirlooms that strongly smelled of mildew. We called SERVPRO and asked if they could help. Craig came out quickly to assess the work and explained the process. I would not trust just anyone with these heirlooms. They removed all of the smells, on everything! The pressure tank in my Edgewater basement blew up and my insurance agent recommended I call SERVPRO. There was water all over my basement. The staff was great. They were efficient, polite, and on time.

SERVPRO did a first-rate job hauling away all the destroyed property, and then leaving the basement ready for reconstruction. Following this phase, I contracted with Chris and Jessica Goedeke, also with SERVPRO, to reconstruct the ruined basement. Chris and his team of workmen completed an excellent restoration of my once devastated basement, and at a fair price. Everyone involved was professional and congenial to work with.
We had a rather difficult job, SERVPRO came through and got the job done, on time and for a fair price. We called two other companies. One never called back and the other guy said he couldn't do it. We used SERVPRO again last week on a flooded basement. The crew was there fast and did a great job. Not looking forward to another flood, but when it happens we know who to call.
