We were assigned a SERVPRO project manager through a recent insurance claim. We were very impressed with how quickly Jonathan reached out and made himself available. He quickly organized what needed to happen with some water issues. Very quickly he had an environmental tester on site. Testing was done in 24 hours when Jonathan then had his crew on site. His crew of Reggie and Juan were extremely polite and really worked to keep the house clean! Overall, we were VERY pleased with the work. Jonathan also has followed up to ensure all is in order.
