5/5 for water remediation! They were FANTASTIC during a big rain event in May 2020 to get techs out to our house to get the water out. They kept in close communication with me about timing of workers being out and even stopped by during a second rain event during the remediation to ensure that their equipment was working. Techs were both friendly and professional. I would 100% use them again for water remediation.

Heavy storms caused severe damage to our home - we got nearly 3 feet of water in our basement. Our local SERVPRO was overwhelmed with calls but from an hour away, SERVPRO of Glenview responded. Jeff and his crew were here for long hours for several days to get the job done. Goes to show that SERVPRO is a great company and it's not just one franchise that stands out. They are all professionals who get the job done.

SERVPRO responded quickly and came to remove the water-damaged carpet and materials in my family room. Communication was easy with the friendly office staff. They were very accommodating in waiting for me to send them the check from insurance since it came when I was away on vacation. I would recommend Jeff and SERVPRO of Glenview.

SERVPRO of Glenview came to our rescue when our sump pump failed last month. The level of responsiveness was amazing and the team (led by Jeff Thompson) was friendly and extraordinarily proficient. They were easy to work with and kept us apprised every step of the way via phone and email until the job was completed. SERVPRO's service was the silver lining of our basement flood for sure. Highly recommend!

During this vortex freeze I developed a frozen pipe and a house that wouldn't get warmer then 67. Jeff was incredibly efficient and kind. He rushed over in temperatures below zero and set me up with space heaters in order to thaw out my pipes before they burst. His immediate response and professionalism helped avert any damages to our home. I hope I never need this service in the future but if so I would not hesitate to call Jeff.

The back room of my apartment had an ice dam problem and water started dripping and then pouring into my back room when the weather warmed up. Once the claim was approved and SERVPRO came in to do the work, they did it in three stages. Each step of the way they were professional but pleasant, informative, and a joy to work with.

I cannot stress enough how pleasant they made an awful situation. They were lovely to work with and did not hesitate to keep my best interest in mind as well as my work schedule. The office staff was great and never made me feel like I was imposing. I felt extremely lucky to be working with such a great company??

These guys are as good as it gets. Tremendously happy that we used their services to remove mold and dry out our drywall from the snow storms which created water leaks in our ceiling. Our service professional Ron is absolutely the best in the business. He walked us through the process and did an outstanding job getting our place dry and cleaned up. I would highly recommend asking him to be assigned to your project needs. He's simply that good. Overall, its been a pleasure.

These guys [SERVPRO of Glenview] came in from Illinois to help SWLA. They were referred to us and I’m so grateful! They were honest and the team truly went above and beyond! The owner and management team was hands on with the crew! God Bless each one of you! The owner or manager would not get in the picture. They give all credit to their team!

We were very pleased with Jeff and Ron and the crew. They were professional and helpful. We feel like they did the best job. They handled our home the way it needed to be at this time.
