Saved me from a power outage a year ago. Still forever grateful!
Well, it could have been a disaster! Our toaster oven caught fire but it was put out before there was any damage. But the smoke and smell were awful. I called Jeff at SERVPRO of Glenview and within the hour, he brought over air scrubbers to get rid of the smell! Thank you, Jeff, for coming to the rescue! We can always count on SERVPRO! Last year they saved our flooded kitchen.
Thanks to Jeff and SERVPRO of Glenview for a job very well done! Basement and first floors were a total loss due to fire damage as well as water damage from the fire department. There was also smoke damage on the second floor. This wasn't a job done in one visit. Jeff and his crew were here for weeks. The crew was professional and polite. Jeff and Suzie in the office were on top of communicating with us throughout, from scheduling to updates on progress. Fire damage and loss is a devastating experience but SERVPRO really helped make it so much better.
Great work after we had a fire in our kitchen. They packed all our stuff out, deodorized our home rebuilt our kitchen and family room. Painted the whole house. I like our house better today than before the fire.
It is our first time to experience fire damage and Jim Tulley and his crew gave us assurance, provided high quality of service, professional and punctuality. I recommend their company. Big thumbs up to them! Jim was very patient with our phone calls and questions.
