I can't say enough good things about SERVPRO of Fort Dodge and highly recommend them to everyone! From the moment I initially called, clueless as could be, to the final step, they were so kind, caring, compassionate, quick, straight up honest, informative and kept me in the loop through the entire process. Shay, Becky, April, Riley, and Kaci were rock stars and I can't thank them enough for their effort when my sewer backed up. Also, thank you the ladies in the office for always being so sweet when I called so many times with all different questions. Now I know my basement is not only clean but disinfected and sanitized appropriately so that my daughter and I can use that space without the worry of any surfaces possibly being contaminated. Thank you so much for all of your hard work and I hope you all know how much I appreciate you!

The guys did an amazing job getting us up and running for all our staff and families.  We sure thank you. 

I had a disaster in my home when a stainless steel hose burst under the sink in my upstairs bathroom.  After a plumber was able to stop the water flow, I contacted Jerry at SERVPRO and he was at my home in minutes to survey the damage.   He said he would have 4 or 5 of his workers come the next morning to start the process of restoration.  That was exactly how the process started with all the equipment and fans before 9 am.

There was a problem with the water leaking through a light fixture onto a carpeted area.  Jerry was on hand to explain the steps needed to start the fans and equipment.  There was many items to be moved, so the guys carried some of the bigger items to the garage.  

Jerry was very helpful and kind as I'm a widow with no family near me to help.  What a nice crew for me to work with through this stressful situation  They were all very courteous and caring.  Also the office gals were always very helpful and kind.

Great Experience!  All team members and crew kept me up to sate on everything they were doing.  Also want to thank Corey Pratt for keeping me informed!  All were courteous and respectful.

I called at 6 pm, Jerry responded and asked if he could come out and take a look at the issue.  He was here in less then an hour!
