Quick and efficient
This morning, we woke up to a burst pipe, with water pouring through the ceiling in our laundry room. With temperatures dropping into the high 20s overnight, I had left the water dripping, but it still wasn’t enough. I made a call to Servpro. Within minutes, help was already on the way. My neighbors responded; Roto-Rooter capped the pipe, and Patrick Pridemore, Servpro General Manager, was quick to step in and reassure me that Servpro would handle everything properly. On 4/15/25 we had a fire at our home, I spoke to my insurance co and was told to get someone to check out the damages that the fire had done.
