Patrick Pridemore and the SERVPRO team—Trent, Jaquan, and Edgar—were extremely professional, courteous, and timely throughout the entire process. They did an excellent job addressing our water damage and mold issues and completed the work efficiently and promptly. We greatly appreciate their hard work and professionalism. Quick and efficient

This morning, we woke up to a burst pipe, with water pouring through the ceiling in our laundry room. With temperatures dropping into the high 20s overnight, I had left the water dripping, but it still wasn’t enough. I made a call to Servpro. Within minutes, help was already on the way. My neighbors responded; Roto-Rooter capped the pipe, and Patrick Pridemore, Servpro General Manager, was quick to step in and reassure me that Servpro would handle everything properly. Our home flooded on June 26 in the a.m. I contacted Servpro they were excellent the supervisor that came out was friendly and professional. On 4/15/25 we had a fire at our home, I spoke to my insurance co and was told to get someone to check out the damages that the fire had done.
