The team was really analytical and they have thought through every detail, explained the options clearly, and anticipated problems I hadn't even considered. They were patient with all my questions, unfailingly polite, and extremely helpful whenever something needed figuring out — it genuinely felt like they cared about getting it right, not just getting it done.
