These people are amazing. I had a kitchen fire last week. My insurance company recommended SERVPRO of Lake County. Just fabulous. David Coburn and a wonderful team of men and women really made it "Like it never even happened." I'd seen their TV commercials, but would never have thought to call a company like that. I would have tried to do it myself with friends and neighbors helping. But this was such a great option. David came with my insurance adjuster about 2 hours after the fire and then the crew started the next morning. I've just stayed out of their way and am enjoying my spotlessly clean house!! Thank you to all of the crew members.
These people are marvelous. By the time they are done, my house will be cleaner than it has been in a decade. They are all friendly, very competent and thoughtful of this old lady. I would NEVER EVER have thought to call someone like this (despite their great ads on TV). I have had to come and go to doctor appointments most every day and have not been worried about leaving Dave there in charge of it all. Truly they are a delight. I bought a new fire extinguisher today at Lowe's, $19.97 and took my 2 old ones to the fire station there. I just wanted you to know how wonderfully pleased I am with them.
