After a pipe Ruptured on the 9th floor, and a waterfall down the atrium we were in need of a team to come and help out at the hotel. This flood caused 24 rooms below to be affected causing a major loss. After this flood at the hotel, I immediately called SERVPRO to service my needs and they did not disappoint. Stefhany arrived quickly and at night and immediately began walking rooms and identifying issues. The passion she carried for her job was immediately noticed and appreciated. The SERVPRO team including victor and Jackson did an outstanding job with the remediation, equipment placement, and ensured all affected areas were properly removed. Stefhany kept up updated every step of the way with photos, live updates and daily reports. Her attention to detail was just what we needed.
