Based in the Las Olas corridor, SERVPRO of Ft. Lauderdale South is a locally owned restoration and reconstruction company serving homeowners, condo associations, and businesses across Fort Lauderdale, Plantation, Davie, Oakland Park, and Sunrise. Our IICRC certified technicians respond around the clock to water, fire, storm, mold, and biohazard damage, then carry that same job through to full reconstruction under our own general contracting license, so you are never left coordinating a separate crew once the cleanup ends.

Our franchise is owned by Michael Panster and Joshua J. Marazzito, who also operate additional SERVPRO locations throughout the state. Max Yorman and Jackson came to my house. I had a water leak from the second floor master bedroom bathroom that seeped down into the kitchen by my cabinets. They came and placed equipment in my kitchen and my bathroom cleaned up and removed laminate flooring and did a great job.
Ralph and Charlie provided exceptional customer service and did a great job. My flood damage was minimal, but Servpro came to the rescue quickly, efficiently and helped me feel at ease.
