I had an area of about 250 sqft (recessed formal living room flooded from outside water seeping through exterior wall. Contacted SERVPRO to provide an estimate to repair damage. A representative (Robert McVey) promptly came to the house and determined what had to be done. In a very timely manner, provided me with a detailed quote and cost of repair. Having received very positive feed back from two friends that used SERVPRO, I selected them to do the work. They were very professional, courteous, and did excellent work. Between Robert, Steve Barnett (dry wall/insulation removal and repair), and Randy Abbott (molding replacement/painting) the formal living room was restored to new condition. My wife and I are very pleased with the work and would highly recommend SERVPRO of Chino/Chino Hills.
