Like it Never happened is Right!! We had a tree fall on our garage on the peak. Andrew came out and reinforced the boards and replaced the roof and shingles and I can't see where it was even damaged! Im impressed with Servepro!!
The Servepro team - Brett, Tony, Jason, and Brandon did a wonderful job in remediating our water damage. A sewer backed up into our condominium’s central utility building and contaminated the walls, floor and critical equipment including water pipes and valves. This resulted in the shutdown of six units, three of which are expecting weekend guests. We called ServPro on the recommendation of our plumber and explained the urgency of the situation to Eric, their Project Estimator. He checked with Barry, part owner and Restoration Technician, who had several jobs lined up. Given our predicament, however, he made time for us and was on the job in two days. Thanks to ServPro our weekend plans are back on track.
We were so thankful to Josh, Tony, Tristan, Jason, Eric and Jordan for their fast and efficient response to our office flooding. They took a very overwhelming situation for us and walked us through the process with such reliable professionalism.
