Anna Cheracles
Anna is an Owner and Brand Development Manager at SERVPRO of Virginia Beach. She was born in Annapolis, Maryland, moved around a bit when she was younger, and has lived in Virginia Beach since she was 5. She graduated from Cox High School and attended Tidewater Community College and Old Dominion University. She loves spending time with her husband Jason and 3 children; Ray, Maddox and Charlee and their 2 dogs; Bella and Molly. Anna was raised in the industry and bleeds SERVPRO green and orange. She has worked on & off at SERVPRO since she could fold an envelope and has been here full time since December 2007. She loves her life and career at SERVPRO of Virginia Beach and being able to help our customers in their time of need.

Katie Bolin is a Departmental Manager at SERVPRO of Virginia Beach. She grew up in Virginia Beach and attended Cox High School. She played soccer for 12 years and loves to hunt and fish whenever she possibly can. Katie is happily married to Austin Bolin and has 2 kids that constantly keep her moving but bring her such much happiness. SERVPRO has been a part of her life since she was born and she is ready to be a part of the next generation to take over a company her parents have built into such an amazing business.

Lisa Corley is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Virginia Beach and has been with the company since October of 2012. She has three boys and her world revolves around them. Lisa was once featured on SERVPRO'S "Find the Best, Share the Best" series for Office Managers.
In her off time, she enjoys binge watching Netflix, being at the pool/beach and napping.

(Go Marlins). He played basketball his freshman and sophomore years. He attended Tidewater Community College. Duane is engaged to Lashonda Thompson. He is an Xbox fan and a Redskins fan (HTTR). Duane has worked at SERVPRO of Virginia Beach, Oceana, Dam Neck and Green Run since 2004. He is hardworking, a team player, and funny at times, helps others, and is smart.

Stefan Spell is the Warehouse Foreman at SERVPRO of Virginia Beach, Oceana, Dam Neck and Green Run. He makes sure our crews are all ready bright and early for all jobs and that our vehicles are all stocked and ready to go. He grew up in Virginia Beach and has worked at SERVPRO of Virginia Beach, Oceana, Dam Neck and Green Run since December of 2012. Stefan likes sports and is an active person. He is friendly, likeable and works hard. He likes to look good and stay positive about things. Stefan has two beautiful kids.

Kristofer Spell (prefers to be called Kris) is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Virginia Beach. He is from Virginia Beach and has been in the restoration industry since 2011 and has been with our SERVPRO family since July 2015. He feels his job is a great learning experience and he is glad to be part of a team of dedicated and hard workers. Kris has two brothers and one sister. He likes to go to the beach, out of town and to go site-seeing.

Lyna brings a wealth of experience to our team as a Marketing and Sales Representative. Before joining us, she worked with Virginia Media/The Pilot and a North Carolina radio station, honing her skills in communications and outreach.
With over 30 years of experience in property development, including two decades in a property management. Lyna offers invaluable insight into construction processes and speaks the language of property managers fluently. Her deep industry knowledge makes her a tremendous asset to our clients and our team.
A native of Virginia Beach, Lyna has called the Outer Banks home for more than 10 years. She combines her professional expertise with a genuine passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Dainan Gibson with SERVPRO of Virginia Beach is awesome. We had water damage related to an overflow of a clogged dishwasher. I called her directly on a weekend. She sent out a crew to look at our situation. The crew took care of us. We were very satisfied by having a professional who cares for our well being of my family during this tough situation. She is quality and she makes sure stuff is done. I highly recommend them not only for water damage but for fire, mold, and biohazard. You will not go wrong by calling her and using her company. I would also like to say that Duane was a really great person to work with. Well between the biohazard treatment and smoke clean up, hopefully I won’t need anymore services. I love SERVPRO, but I don’t want any more bad things to happen.
I thought I would drop you a note and let you know how professional, nice, and detail-orientated Duane was. Very nice guy and I was impressed with how he handled the situation on the fire / smoke.
The two young guys that came for the biohazard treatment were also very nice and helpful, but I don’t remember their names.
I am sure that you get lots of complaint emails, so I always make an effort to report good things / good employees. I had a great experience with your team!!!!!!
Jerry and Jahmad went out and did a carpet cleaning for Mrs. Campbell today. Anywho, she just called to say that she was very happy with the job that they did.
