Had a busted pipe that flooded the house while we were in town, called SERVPRO and they were there in 1 hour with all the proper equipment to start the drying process and mitigate the damage. Justin Shomaker was my Field representative and did an awesome job working with insurance adjuster and overseeing contractor support that completed all the work on the house from top to bottom. All I had to do was pick colors and sign the insurance checks... it was one of the smoothest operations I've seen in a long time with respect to a disastrous situation.
