ServPro of Utah county is impressive and I highly recommend them. We had a water leak and discovered mold that had started when the house was built and the contractor had driven a nail through a sewer pipe. ServPro responded within an hour, gave us a fair and reasonable estimate, recommended a plumber (who was equally impressive and reasonable), and started remediation within an hour of the plumber fixing the pipe. All of their service personnel were friendly, attentive to our needs, listened, and really quick. They cleaned out all of the mold within a few hours and started drying. After the area was dry and mold-free, they reinsullated and drywalled within a couple of days and finished the trim. All of this happened in a little more than a week! And the bill was fair, reasonable, even much cheaper than I expected. I don't hesitate to recommend them. I do hope never to have to use their service again but it is wonderful to know who I can go to in an emergency.
My deep freeze went out while I was on vacation you can’t even imagine how bad the maggots and smell was. But John and Meiko had 0 complaints and were complete professionals. Knocked it out in a little over and hour and now my garage is good as new. These guys deserve a raise for real or a sweet bonus! Did I mention they charged me 1/3 of what other companies quoted me? (Also showed up SAME DAY!) Won’t ever go anywhere else for issues in my house. These guys rock!

Ryan and team were so helpful! I am so glad we called them. We had mold in the basement and I had been quoted thousands of dollars by multiple companies to clean it up. Servpro came out the same day and had it all done the next day for under $200! Very professional and we’re done and cleaned up in under an hour!
