I have used SERVPRO of Northwest San Antonio a few times and each time they did an excellent job. They arrived on time, did a professional job and communicated any concerns to me in a timely manner. They have cleaned my carpets, cleaned my duct work (which, in my opinion, is worth doing anytime even if you don't have an emergency). I recommended them to my mother-in-law in New Braunfels and she was very flexible about when they came out. They were hit with some flooding, called her to make sure she was fine with them rescheduling (which she was) and they communicated regularly with her for a couple of days and were finally able to come out to clean some moldy duct work. We couldn't be happier and will absolutely, hands down, use this company when the need arises.
