Mr. Danny Mark's, the ServPro technician that handed the Mitigation a my property was a true professional from beginning to end. Rodney was awesome to work with. He was here within an hour of calling at 3:30 am and walked into a chaotic situation where my house was flooded and he calmly helped me navigate getting it all cleaned up and how to get it all dried out. Servpro of North Ft worth has been wonderful! Danny Marks and Arien spent four days here with the fallout from a broken waterline to the toilet. The lines of communication were always open. Danny was always straight-forward and forthright with his assessments and suggestions. He was a real gentleman, as was Arien. They did back-breaking work every day and never complained.
