Our running dishwasher had a leak in the middle of the night, resulting in water damage to approximately a fourth of our home and garage. SERVPRO was contacted and responded quickly. A SERVPRO crew arrived, led by project manager Melanie Hines. The crew removed baseboards, kick plates, and trim; then deployed fans and dehumidifiers to dry the affected areas. Melanie or a crew member returned each day to check the moisture levels in the walls until damaged areas were completely dry and ready for restoration.
Not only did SERVPRO thoroughly dry the affected areas in short order, but by scheduling a visit when our insurance adjuster was completing her assessment of damage, Melanie made certain that the adjuster's inventory of damages was complete and accurate.
