We had a horrible leak from our upstairs bathroom into our den that ruined practically everything. We put a call into SERVPRO of Sumner County dispatch and heard back within the hour. They were in our house the next day assessing the damage…and when I mean assessing the damage I mean searching every corner, floor, ceiling, and wall to ensure everything was inspected. They had fans and dehumidifiers up immediately and didn’t take them down until they were positive the water damage was gone. The job required a new floor in the bathroom and den, drywall, paint, carpet, ceiling fan, and a commode. The work took a while to complete, but the team continued to monitor the progress as well as follow up when the job was complete. They gave us great options and suggestions and listened to what we wanted and made sure we knew what we needed. I trusted their judgment and it paid off. Thank you Andrew, Ryan and Brice for your extraordinary customer service. I appreciate your attention to detail and your personal involvement in the job. It was beyond what I have experienced with other companies. Hopefully I won’t require your services again, but if I do, you will be my first call and I will recommend you time and time again!
