After Hurricane Harvey my in laws house was flooded and due to inability to get back in for a week mold had begun. As soon as we could get in we called SERVPRO as the handled a minor flooding for us in the past and I knew they were a good company. They took our contact info and got a team out from out of state within 2 days in spite of the extreme devastation in Houston. They did an excellent job on cleaning the flooding and mold in the house and furnishings without us having to be there. They were thorough and very good with communication on the status of the clean up. I would definitely use them again should the need arise and I highly recommend their work, professionalism and communication throughout the horrible ordeal of the hurricane aftermath. They were there when we needed them!

The crew showed up and scoped the area out in a timely manner. Crew chief Troy was very friendly and helpful in explaining what he would be doing to take care of the job. Troy seemed accurate, concerned that he wanted to do a good job. He took his time out in scoping and gave me clear details and took pictures. Troy had an assistant named Valerie and she was very attentive to direction from Troy and also very friendly. SERVPRO has a good crew with these two people and I have trust in their decisions.
