my Family and I had our septic tank back up into our basement through a shower. SERVPRO from Johnson City, i'm from Greeneville, was recommended to us from our insurance agent, and it was an excellent choice. Within 2 hours of contacting my insurance agent, SERVPRO was knocking on the door with a work truck and 3 employees, 2 workers and their supervisor. All of them was very courteous and helpful. They got started with the clean-up right away. They removed all of the contaminated pieces in a very timely manner, from the wood flooring to cutting out dry wall. 12 fans, 2 dehumidifiers, and 2 air filters were placed in the house for three days. We had a scheduling conflict but was our fault, and they were understanding and patient with us to recover their equipment. If I ever have another issue like we had, they will definitely be the only people that come take care of it. Thanks so much again fellas! we appreciate your hard work and commitment.
