What our
customers are saying
Great customer service from Jake Hicks with the Bloun County branch!
We are currently using these guys for a fire that happened. We are not done with all the projects still. But felt it was necessary to say these guys/gals are awesome. Great communication they handle all insurance communication for most part. The work they have done so far is great!! Our home is slowly looking like that fire never happened. Quick responses and keeps you in the loop.
We called ServPro after an oven-smoking incident for vent cleaning. The team was very professional, from the office manager, Sharon, to the crew that came to our house, Jordan and Kammrin! Would recommend to anyone, for jobs big & small. Thanks, ServPro!
Jake, Alex, and their crew were amazing. They kept communication the entire process. Couldn't recommend them enough!
Very fast response. Professional and kind people.
Jordan and Kam did an amazing job after severe water damage had taken place. Very professional, hard working with a great attitude. Thanks Andrew for going above and beyond for us. Wonderful people at Servepro! 6 out of 5 for sure!
