Meet Our Team

Keesha is the Co-Owner and Marketing Manager for SERVPRO of Bedford, Lincoln, Marshall, Moore, Co. She has spent the past 14 years serving the community through the medical field in both pediatrics and oncology.

Keesha is a graduate of Warren County High School in McMinnville Tennessee. On Keesha's downtime she enjoys traveling, hiking local trails, loves to read, and watching her son play travel soccer.

Maryann is the Office Manager of SERVPRO of Bedford, Lincoln, Marshall, Moore, Co. She has been in the restoration industry for just over four years. She provides outstanding customer services, is empathic to your needs, and will help you navigate through the insurance process.

Maryann is a native of New York. She moved to Tennessee during her teenage years and has fallen in love with the community. She enjoys spending quality time with her friends, riding motorcycles, cooking, playing video games, and making artwork using her creativity.

Laura is a Project Manager at SERVPRO of Coffee, Franklin, Warren Counties. She is passionate about helping customers through the restoration process and takes pride in helping families get their homes and lives back to normal after water, fire, or other property damage.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her son and cheering him on at his baseball games. Laura brings restoration knowledge, experience, and a genuine desire to help others to our team every day.

Daniel is the Reconstruction Manager at SERVPRO of Coffee, Franklin, Warren Counties. With his extensive knowledge, strong work ethic, and natural leadership ability, Daniel plays an important role in guiding our reconstruction projects and helping ensure our customers’ homes and businesses are put back together the right way.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time fishing and cheering on the Chicago Bears. His experience, dedication, and willingness to lead by example make him a valuable part of our SERVPRO team.

Colby is a Project Manager at SERVPRO of Coffee, Franklin, Warren Counties. He works closely with our customers and production crews to keep restoration projects moving forward and takes pride in helping customers navigate the restoration process from start to finish.

Outside of work, Colby enjoys spending time with friends and family and riding motorcycles. He brings a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to taking care of our customers and helping our team succeed.

Jonathan is an Administrative Assistant at SERVPRO of Coffee, Franklin, Warren Counties. He helps keep our office running smoothly and is always willing to lend a hand wherever needed. His friendly personality, positive attitude, and genuine desire to help others make him a great part of our team.

Outside of work, Jonathan is a dedicated Buffalo Bills fan and a true movie aficionado who is always up for talking about a good film. Most importantly, he’s an all-around nice guy, and we’re glad to have him as part of our SERVPRO family.
