Patrick Belcher joined SERVPRO of Bartlett/ Cordova as Operations Manager to help homeowners and businesses recover from disaster. Originally from Clarksville, TN, Patrick oversees all aspects of fire damage cleanup and water damage restoration projects across Bartlett and Cordova. He ensures every mold remediation job adheres to strict industry protocols and IICRC standards. As part of Team Nicholson, Patrick’s leadership motivates the Memphis team to implement the latest restoration methods efficiently. His commitment to reliability and attention to detail ensures every client receives exceptional service during challenging times.

Cheryl Woods joined SERVPRO of Bartlett/ Cordova as Office Manager to help homeowners and businesses recover from property damage. She expertly manages job tracking, scheduling, and reporting for fire damage cleanup and water damage restoration projects across Bartlett and Cordova. Cheryl also oversees customer satisfaction, ensuring smooth operations for mold remediation services. Her meticulous work supports the SERVPRO team in Memphis, allowing them to focus on efficient recovery efforts. A key member of the SERVPRO of Bartlett/ Cordova team, Dana Cook works as Restoration Supervisor and oversees all aspects of property recovery. Dana expertly manages fire and water damage restoration services for residential and commercial properties throughout Bartlett and Cordova. Her responsibilities include coordinating crews, managing project timelines, and ensuring efficient execution of all restoration protocols. Dana is meticulous in her approach, ensuring all work meets IICRC standards for quality and safety. A key member of the SERVPRO of Bartlett/ Cordova team, Austin Bucko works as Restoration Operations Manager and oversees all aspects of fire and water damage restoration services. He ensures efficient project execution for properties across Bartlett and Cordova. Austin previously honed his skills as a Production Technician, Crew Chief, and Production Manager within SERVPRO Team Nicholson's Texas and Tennessee locations, demonstrating invaluable flexibility. He meticulously manages daily operations, ensuring all work meets IICRC standards for quality and safety. Austin’s leadership consistently delivers the precision and care that every restoration job demands.

Telesa is one of our Crew Chiefs here at SERVPRO of Bartlett / Cordova. She is responsible for overseeing her crew and making sure her customers are happy.

Derrion Chatman is one of our Restoration Managers for SERVPRO of Bartlett / Cordova. We can always depend on him for our specialty jobs. Eager to take care of business, he's dependable and a friend to everyone.

Luis Garcia is a Production Manager on SERVPRO Team Nicholson, where he oversees restoration projects and leads a team with integrity, dedication, and a strong work ethic. He takes pride in helping to restore homes and lives after disasters.

Oriana is a Production Manager with us at our SERVPRO team in Memphis. In this role, she is responsible for managing her crews and overseeing jobs.

Brian Bell joined us at Team Nicholson in 2017 as CFO. He brings extensive experience in Accounting and Education and holds certification in Xactimate. A Clarksville native, Brian is based in our downtown satellite office at Team Nicholson's TN headquarters.

Eddy Ritsema began his journey with Team Nicholson on our SERVPRO of Montgomery County Reconstruction team. He has since transitioned to Regional Training Consultant, heading up training and process improvement in our Fort Worth, TX and Memphis, TN locations. He brings more than 6 years of insurance adjusting and claims handling experience.

Cassie Wyatt, our Financial Controller, joined Team Nicholson in 2014. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix along with Xactimate and DryBook experience. She leads our talented accounting team in ensuring our franchises' financial stability and success.

A member of our team since 2013, Bill Repsel is a true pillar of our administrative staff. He serves as both Executive Administrator to Team Nicholson and Office Manager in our SERVPRO of Montgomery County location. Bill holds IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying, and is DryBook and Xactimate certified. Outside of work, Bill enjoys cooking, singing, and spending time with his wife and family.

Christy Govea serves as Team Nicholson's Payroll Director. She offers more than 15 years of valuable experience in the Human Resources and Customer Service fields. Christy is a Clarksville, TN, native and is based in our downtown satellite office. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, and is a Jeep enthusiast!

Kaileigh serves as Team Nicholson's Accounting Manager, based in our downtown Clarksville, TN, office. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and is passionate about lifelong learning. Originally from Orlando, FL, Kaileigh, her husband, and her son now call Tennessee home.

Since 2019, Reagan has been a valued member of Team Nicholson's Accounting department. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from local Austin Peay State University and works in our downtown Clarksville, Tennessee, office. When not working, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her beloved golden doodle, Molly.

As a member of our Accounting Team, Rayven has worn many hats at Team Nicholson. She first served as a Fire Technician, then Administrative Assistant, Construction Job File Coordinator, and now Accounting Manager. Rayven is passionate about the SERVPRO brand and strives to learn as many aspects of the business as possible.

Taylor is the Training & Development Assistant for SERVPRO Team Nicholson. A Tennessee native, she graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a degree in Marketing. Taylor supports new employee onboarding and ongoing team development across the organization. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, going to concerts, and spending time with friends and family.

Jeff joined Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson in 2016 as Director of Large Loss Operations, bringing extensive knowledge and expertise in commercial mitigation. He holds IICRC accreditation in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Fire + Smoke Restoration, Carpet Repair + Reinstallation, and Upholstery + Fabric Cleaning. Affectionately known as The Godfather of Large Loss, Jeff has managed more than $50M worth of large scale disaster recovery projects.

Joining Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson in 2016, Kevin brings many years of commercial restoration experience to his Project Manager role. He holds IICRC accreditation in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Upholstery + Fabric Cleaning, Fire + Smoke Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, and Lead Renovator. When not traveling for work, he enjoys assisting our local franchises.

Our most tenured Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson Project Manager, Gavin has been a leader and teacher on our Large Loss team since 2015. As a strong communicator, he works to ensure client satisfaction and offers a high degree of professionalism on the job. A native of our headquarters city, Clarksville, TN, Gavin now calls our St. Petersburg, FL, location home.

Serving as Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson's Large Loss Construction Division Manager, Billy is committed to ensuring safety, managing risk, mentoring team members, complying with industry standards, and guaranteeing client satisfaction when it comes to reconstruction of large losses. He has been a valued member of our team since 2015.

Bringing more than 5 years experience with the SERVPRO brand and in the restoration industry, Tristen is one of Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson's valued Large Loss Project Managers. He holds IICRC accreditation in Applied Structural Drying, Water Damage Restoration Tech, and Commercial Drying Specialty. Tristen's strong work ethic and attention to detail ensure commercial clients expectations are met.

Rhett comes to Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson after years with our SERVPRO of Central St. Petersburg/Pinellas Park franchise location where he served as Sales + Marketing Manager. He now applies his industry knowledge and customer service skills as our Large Loss Production Manager.

Prior to joining Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson as our Large Loss Resource Coordinator in 2021, David worked in real estate, home renovation, inspection, industrial repair, maintenance, and emergency management for more than 30 years. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his beloved wife and family.

Vickie Felts is our HR Director in Clarksville on our Regional Team. She has over 16 years of HR experience, bringing tremendous value to our unique way of operating. We’re grateful to have her expertise in our team.

Tashauna Johnson is our Controller with us on our Regional Team. Coming to us at SERVPRO Team Nicholson from our Gallatin, TN, corporate offices, she has years of proven experience with our brand and expertise in her field.

Lori Wilson serves as Senior Vice President of Administration for Team Nicholson. With over a decade of experience in the restoration industry—including time at SERVPRO Corporate—Lori brings extensive knowledge and leadership to our team. She holds Master certifications in Water, Fire, and Textile Restoration, is an IICRC Instructor, and also carries a general OSHA certification. Originally from Middle Tennessee, Lori is passionate about supporting our team’s growth and development. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Sadie.

Adam is our Warehouse Manager here at SERVPRO of Bartlett/Cordova. He previously spent two years managing the warehouse in our Texas location. In this role, Adam is responsible for supporting production personnel and management as well as managing and controlling all SERVPRO warehouse related activities.

Katia is one of our Job File Coordinators here at SERVPRO of Bartlett/Cordova. Among other things, she is responsible for job tracking, scheduling, reporting, and customer satisfaction. We are glad to have her on Team Nicholson.

Julia serves as a Sales & Marketing Representative for Team Nicholson. She has her bachelor's degree in Marketing and has over 7 years of experience leading a sales team. She's originally from Idaho, so she's a big mountain girl at heart who loves to ski.

April is one of our Job File Coordinators. She worked in a school prior to joining SERVPRO Team Nicholson. She brings strong people skills to her role and is a powerhouse!

Maria is our Digital Content Specialist at SERVPRO Team Nicholson. She creates and manages all the digital content to improve our online presence. With her attention to detail and love for quality, Maria ensures our online presence represents us. Her friendly and helpful nature makes her a great team player, always ready to lend a hand. We're lucky to have Maria on the team!

Brighton is a dedicated IT Specialist at SERVPRO, bringing a wealth of technical expertise and a passion for problem-solving to the team. With a background in IT support, Brighton plays a critical role in maintaining and optimizing SERVPRO's technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across all departments.

Kamille is the dispatcher at SERVPRO Team Nicholson. She keeps everything organized and makes sure each project runs smoothly. We love having her on the team!

Cameron is the General Manager for SERVPRO Team in Memphis.

Alec is the Regional Supervisor Construction Division at SERVPRO Team Nicholson. Alec is no stranger to SERVPRO and has worked for SERVPRO Team Nicholson in our Florida, Texas, and Tennessee locations. He is also a recipient of one of our Employee of the Year awards for 2022. Alec is ready to help at a moment’s notice.

Jose is a Restoration Supervisor for SERVPRO Team Nicholson in Memphis, TN. He’s known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job right. Jose takes pride in leading his crew, keeping things organized, and making sure every property is cleaned up and restored safely and efficiently. His dedication makes a real difference on every site.
