SERVPRO came and cleaned my carpet today. Let me just say there are companies who clean carpet and then there’s SERVPRO. Titus and Charles arrived on time, were courteous and actually interested in making sure my needs were fully met and that I was satisfied. They were professional, competent and thorough. When they finished it looked as if I had new carpet put down not a sloppy wet mess that would take days to dry.

And even though me and my husband probably talked their ears off they never got impatient with us and were very attentive to our concerns and questions!
