I noticed some moisture on my wall and called SERVPRO. Jaime came out the very same day to assess the situation. A few days later he updated me and we were able to set up an appointment. Jaime, Nicole, and Key returned as scheduled, identified the problems, and created a plan for repairs. They made a great team and were very professional, courteous, and thorough. I especially appreciated that they wiped down the entire closet and mopped the floor, leaving everything clean and neat. Thank you, Key, Jaime, and Nicole, for your excellent service and teamwork! I’m very pleased with the experience and would definitely recommend SERVPRO!

My kid forgot to lift the handle on the toilet right before we left for vacation. Nedless to say we came home to what looked like the Pee Dee River in our living room. We called Servpro and Jamie heeded the call and went above and beyond what I felt was the expectations of a water/fire restoration company. He was prompt, polite, and empathetic to our situation and made me feel comfortable about the headache that laid ahead of us. 5 stars for Servpro but the real star is Jamie(10 stars) who helped us, or bettter yet saved us that evening.

I can't thank them enough for the work they did on my house!! Not only did they fix my water heater, they did it quickly and efficiently. I cannot recommend this company enough, I will never use anyone else. Definitely use them!!!
