The general manager Vince came to our house for a suspected issue but ultimately a non-issue. This guy is a consummate professional, super knowledgeable and an honest broker. I would highly recommend and I almost never write reviews.
I had a pipe burst at a rental property. I contacted SERVPRO to help fix the problem. I talked with Kevin, the owner. He was very helpful and professional. He and his staff were quick to respond, they were very courteous, and addressed my problem with complete professionalism. I highly recommend this great outfit and will use them again should a similar situation arise."
After a minor dishwasher leak turned into a more significant problem, SERVPRO was there the next morning after we contacted our insurance agency and spent several days ensuring that our kitchen and basement did not receive any ill effects from the water damage. The quick response saved us from damage that would have cost considerably more to repair. As it is, the laminate floor was too far gone but the subfloor is totally intact and we had our new floor laid with about 8 hours of work from another contractor.
